JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

External Communications: Working closely with the Head of Marketing & Communications and regionally focused colleagues, this person will manage the day to day relationship with the European PR agencies and be the secondary contact point for Asian PR. They will also lead social media and be the point of contact for West Europe PR and global corporate communications. Their role is to deliver a high level of activity with a balance between strategic campaigns and tactical promotions. They will initiate releases and interviews, nurture journalist relationships, prepare spokespeople, drive social media, submit award applications and monitor traction.

Events & sponsorships: The incumbent will manage the oversight and delivery of our growing sponsored conference and seminar programs as well as specific events like MIPIM. In doing so, they will take responsibility for logistic and project management activities and manage external relationships while ensuring the objectives and messaging around the activity are upheld.

Specific projects: Contribute to specific hub and company projects as required.
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Advanced graduate degree in Communications, Public Relations or related field
Minimum 3 – 5 years of work experience in marketing and communications
Performance oriented and self-motivated
Capability to interact with key decision makers, also on executive level
Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
Strong team player, keen on working in a dynamic, collaborative and global environment
Fluency in English and French, written and spoken required. German and other languages are preferable
Real estate market knowledge or professional service is a plus
Travel activity required
