Personal Assistant to Global Head of Risk (m/f/d)
This role will include:
Handling and processing all mail and correspondence as required on behalf of the Global Head of Risk including expense settlement
Travel organization and dealing with travel expense reporting (Concur)
Welcoming and looking after internal and external visitors
Organizing of, as well as preparing and reviewing materials and correspondence for meetings
Diary management: arrange conference calls, schedule meetings including preparing conference documents/briefing notes; scheduling and confirming appointments in German and English
Several years secretarial and personal assistant experience at management level in a customer focused organization
Working experience in an international environment
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Fluent in English and German, additional language skills are a plus
A very flexible and dedicated approach
Excellent MS Office skills (in general Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SAP and CONCUR)
Very strong prioritization and organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines and to think ahead
Ability to work effectively under time pressure and adapt to unique and changing expectations
Loyal and discreet personality - extremely conscientious and reliable
