IT-Architect (m/f/d) Web Solutions
Designs and prototypes cloud-native and DevOps enabled scalable solutions to business problems
Partners with Product Owners to align the roadmap with the technical design and the IT strategy of the Allianz Group
Implements and promotes best practices around DevSecOps (Security, Test Automation, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Containerization)
Promotes and establishes Software Craftsmanship
Designs and implements secure web-based applications based on modern software frameworks and open-source standards
Develops and manages effective collaborative relationships with other departments, groups, peers, and customers (business, security, infrastructure)
Follows technological market trends and applies them onto practical use cases
Drives the digital transformation of the Allianz Group in a community-based approach (meetups, engineering guild)
Academic degree in the areas of computer science, business informatics or similar professional experience
Fluent spoken and written English. Additional languages like German, French and/or Spanish are an advantage
At least 5 years of experience as software developer with at least 2 years of them as technical lead or IT architect
Professional experience in international projects
Profound experience in the areas of Continuous Integration and Delivery
Deep knowledge in build tools and source control management, e.g. Maven, NPM, Git
Process experience in test automation
Excellent team player, strong communication skills and problem solving focus
Outstanding analytical skills
Ability to work autonomously and with high engagement
Excellent social skills and cross-cultural experience
Proven experience in the following technologies:
- Docker, OpenShift
- Cloud providers like AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud, Google Cloud Platform
