Job description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Act as a liaison between various teams, departments and project teams

Organize and coordinate team and department events and activities, including the managing of overall logistics and scheduling

Schedule, organize and manage meetings, and assist with the follow up actions from meeting outcomes

Prepare meeting material (presentations, agendas etc.) and act as minute- taker

Draft, proof read and summarize correspondence, memos and other documents

Keep track, priorities and communicate upcoming commitments and responsibilities and follow up on incoming issues and concerns

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Studying towards a Bachelor or Master Degree, preferably in Business related fields

Good communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken English, German is a plus

Excellent command in Microsoft Office (particularly Power Point and Excel) and drafting business Emails/Letters

Ability to anticipate needs and work independently, with proactive problem solving attitude, flexibility and adaptability

Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to details

Ability to work efficiently under pressured deadlines and adapt to various competing demands

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

- Starting date: Immediately for 6 months in full-time (38h/week)
- Monthly salary internship: 1.550 € (also for mandatory internships)
- Location: Munich
- Requirement: Enrollment as a full-time student or Gap Year
