Job description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the Account Management Department in the Customer & Solutions Management pillar of Allianz Technology
Support the strategic revenue planning with our customers, the operating entities of Allianz Group worldwide
Support the preparation and follow-up of top management meetings
Support the preparation of revenue reporting and the resolution/tracking of charging/payment disputes
Responsibility for sub-projects in the area of Account Management including process/tool design/improvement and internal problem-solving
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor (4th semester or higher) or Master studies, preferably in the area of business, economics or IT
Very good MS office skills (particularly in the field of data analysis and the presentation of complex issues with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
Very good communication skills in English, both orally and written
German language skills desirable. Fluent German language skills a strong plus
At least 1 or both of the following:
- Strong PowerPoint skills
- Strong Excel skills (pivot, vlookup, creating macros)
Skills and Competencies
First practical experience, preferably in the area of strategy, business development or IT
Motivation for teamwork, ideally experience in working with international colleagues
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Starting date: ASAP for 6 - 12 months (38 h/week)
- Salary: 1.450 € (Bachelor) - 1.500 € (Master) (also for mandatory internships)
- Location: Munich
- Matriculation as fulltime student or Gap Year
