Internship / Co-op
Develop basic Customer Journeys and marketing automation programs (e.g. welcome programs) for new clients leveraging digital marketing and CRM tools
Manage Pan-European dialogue marketing activities and support day-to-day work in the analytics area
Support the analytics team by creating ad hoc reports, quality management dashboards and customer needs analyses for Sales and Marketing
Training and education of internal stakeholders (Event Management, Product Management, etc.) on different tools and platforms
Highly interested in envisioning, planning and executing optimized client journeys with digital tools and processes
Pursuing a post graduate or university degree in Business Administration (BWL), Marketing, or Information Systems (Wirtschaftsinformatik)
Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university studying toward a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Superior command of English, written and spoken
Advanced computer literacy in MS-Office (esp. PowerPoint, Excel)
Very good team player with high motivation and strong communication skills
Basic knowledge of financial industry and financial instruments including derivatives
Reliable, precise and service-orientated working attitude
Duration of the internship: 4-6 months.
