JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•Support the team of sector advisors in their daily tasks and researches: contribute to the diagnosis and monitoring of global sector trends, sector risks, insolvencies and other key topics such as DSOs, WCRs, corporate debt, M&A for a set of countries sectors by maintaining database, updating forecasts, responding to urgent queries, writing short notes and talking points, contributing to publications and drawing-up presentations for clients, prospects, media and internal audience.
•Support the team of sector advisors in their projects, by conducting ad-hoc researches, setting up indicators, developing new database/tool to enrich the analysis, and contributing to documentation and presentations.
•KPIs of the function: High quality content delivered in a timely fashion

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

•Strong knowledge in micro-economy/corporate finance/statistics. Additional knowledge in macro economy is an advantage.
•Very good analytical, research and writing skills in English and French.
•German, or another language, is a nice-to-have.
•Ability to work in an international environment.
•Very good knowledge of MS Office suite, in particular Excel.
•Good command of statistical software (E-views, R, Stata) and experience with economic data providers (IHS, Bloomberg) is a plus.
