JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•Support steering of key projects and Regions (schedule management, deliverables tracking, action follow-up, etc.)
•Support monitoring and management of Regional performance across key projects
•Help ensuring timely delivery of NPS results to Group HR and Group Communications for Year-End Reviews (including scores checking against set Success Factors targets)
•Help ensure quality, accurate and timely reporting of NPS findings to Regions
•Help prepare company-wide communications activities (e.g. Complaints Management, NSM, NPS)
•Support management and maintenance of TCC Connect site

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

•Master in Marketing/ Market Research/ Economics / Statistics (Business School),
•Ideally with a first successful experience in Marketing / Customer Insight / Customer Experience (e.g. internship)
•Excellent command of English (both spoken and written)
•Strong analytical skills: attention to detail and high level of accuracy required when completing tasks
•Ability to produce clear and concise summaries
•Able to demonstrate a high degree of tenacity, strong ‘can do' attitude
•Excellent time management and organization skills are essential
•Proactive and curious individual
•Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office pack (Excel, PowerPoint)
•First experience in defining communications activities is a plus
