JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for:

Contributing to Actuals and Plan reports to Allianz Group and to AWP Board with a high level of focus on accuracy
Analyzing the financial performance at AWP group level, liaising with Regional Planning and Controlling teams and other Finance teams (Risk, Corporate, Actuarial)
Analyzing reports produced by Regions / Lines of business / Business Units
Reconciling Management view and Accounting /Risk /Actuarial views
Collaborating with the others AWP Group global functions (Digital, Strategy, Global Sales, Operations …)
Contributing to Finance function transformation, continuously improving planning & controlling process to capture and present financial Plan
Responding to various ad hoc requests for Board or Allianz Group
Contribute to various projects initiated by Finance teams or Business teams
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Business school or Master degree in Finance/Accounting
Minimum 3 years' experience in a finance function
Ability to prioritize workload
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Strong financial and analytical skills
Ability to synthesize and work under tight deadlines
Highly focused on the accuracy
Fluent English mandatory, both written and spoken
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
