Job description
JOB PURPOSE/ROLE
The SE Business Partner Department (SE BP) in Group HR is responsible for all activities along the HR value chain at Allianz SE, the Group's holding company. SE BP customizes the strategic HR agenda for its companies and carries out the operational implementation.
Human Resources is at the core of any company. Therefore, we are looking for an intern/working student who is able to look beyond one's horizon and contribute with own ideas to make our business even more effective.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design of job descriptions
Selection of suitable posting channels
Independent candidate management
Handling of in- and outgoing correspondence
Maintain and update candidate database and applicant tracking system
Support in conducting interviews with candidates in person and over the phone
Pre-screen and assess applications and present potential candidates to Hiring Managers in Allianz SE departments
Ongoing support in project work
Taking on administrative and organizational tasks
Support the recruiting team in daily work
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Student of Business Administration, (Business-) Psychology, Human Resources, Sociology or related subjects
Fluency in English is a must (German is a plus)
Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
Proven experience in an international environment with excellent cross-cultural skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Structured work approach, accuracy and willingness to work independently
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail
Customer focused attitude
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Job start and duration: July 2017 | Intern: 38 hours per week; Working student: 20 hours per week | min. six months
