JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support in project management (e.g. status reporting, project planning and tracking, deliverables management, risk management)
Collaboration with different departments and project teams
Support of the management in the preparation and follow up of meetings (presentations, organization etc.)
Quality assurance and revision of documents, both text and calculation based (e.g. business cases, project and product descriptions)
Providing assistance in the project management (appointment coordination, office management, international correspondence)
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Advanced studies preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or experience in related disciplines.
Excellent communication skills in English and ideally in German
Strong interest and first experiences in project management and finance
Self-dependent, reliable person who is able to work autonomously with a high degree of responsibility
Advanced knowledge of the MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 4 to 6 months in full-time (38h/week) or - as a working student - part time (16-20 h/week)

An attractive monthly salary of 1.550 € for internships (also for mandatory internships). For working students 1.700 € (Bachelor students) and 1.900 € (Master students) on a full-time basis
