JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support of GSP Procurement Governance Function in various areas:
Collect and maintain the record of procurement contracts using Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office tools
Challenge the quality of the data input and verify the accuracy by communicating with relevant stakeholders
Coordinate monthly governance meetings or calls
Summarize the outcome of meetings (meeting minutes)
Understand the procurement governance mechanism to assist procurement colleagues, business owners with the governance processes
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Willingness to learn, and to deep-dive into the content
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a structured way
Advanced studies (preferably business administration; either in Bachelor or Master)
Experience abroad (study period or internship) is a plus
Very good communicative skills in English (German is not necessarily required)Profound knowledge in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
You can start immediately and we are interested in an internship for 4 to 6 months in full-time (38h/week) or - as a working student - part time (16-20 h/week)
