Coordinate the contract change process
Attend various internal & external meetings while recording & distributing the minutes
Status tracking and international correspondence in a global operating process
Support the team with compliance & governance activities (ISAE 3402, Solvency II, and other internationally recognized standards), such as electronical archiving of contractual documents
Legal and/or Business Administration and/or IT educational background is preferred
Excellent communication skills in English
Excellent computer skills (especially MS Office)
Experience in working with global / international projects is preferred
Basic knowledge in Contract Management, IT services, IT infrastructure
Ability to work autonomously, while managing various tasks under pressure
Ability to prioritize and assist with ad-hoc activities
You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 6 months in full-time (38h/week)

An attractive monthly salary of 1.550 € for internships (also for mandatory internships) and for working students 1.700 € for bachelor students and 1.900 € for Master students (on a full-time base)
