JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support a global innovation cycle and its different phases from ideation to prototyping
Community Management & global communications
Organization of a global hackathon
Coordination and organization of appointments
Preparation of presentations
Support the overall Change Management activities
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Innovation Management, Change Management, Business Administration, IT or relevant field
Previous familiarity with innovation departments is plus, but not a must if you are driven by a hands-on-mentality
Creative, energetic and willing to take on new challenges and pitch in ideas
Enthusiastic about developing/implementing new ideas related to Digital Innovation and IT topics
Reliable and organized way of working
Excellent writing and communications skills in English; German is a plus
Team player with excellent interpersonal and intercultural skills
You can start on January 15 or February 1, 2019 and are interested in an internship for 4 to 6 months in full-time (38h/week) or - as a working student - part time (16-20 h/week)

An attractive monthly salary of 1.550 € for internships (also for mandatory internships). For working students 1.700 € (Bachelor students) and 1.900 € (Master students) on a full-time basis
