JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Support of Operations team to create communications materials to stakeholders
2. Assist and support project management of operations (productivity, Claims, Fraud, procurement) initiatives
3. Collaborate, coordinate with different local operating entities and departments on data collections, baselining, analysis and reporting
4. Keeping initiatives and project database updated (new cases) with quality assurance and revision of documents
5. Providing assistance in the preparation and follow up of regular conference and meetings
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

1. Advanced study in Business Administration, Finance, Management and other related
2. Strong capabilities in MS Office(Excel and Power Point) and database (Macro) preferred
3. Reliable, responsible, self- motivated, resourceful and proactive team player
4. Familiarity with business process and financial principles
5. Strong analytical and conceptual skills
6. Ability to work independently and willingness to go extra miles.
7. Be fluent in written and spoken English
