JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the team in various project management tasks related to change and engagement initiatives
Develop and manage user-friendly content for AZSE HR page on AZ intranet
Conduct interviews and write stories, create blog posts
Shoot and edit pictures and videos
Use multiple channels for communication for various projects in HR
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Qualification
Enrolled as student in Communication Studies, Creative Writing, Business Administration, Social Sciences or other related studies
Excellent communication skills in English (native), German is a plus
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook)
HTML knowledge is a plus

Experience & Key skills
Passion for and experience in communication (content development)
Creativity
Excellent written and verbal communication skills specifically in English
Detailed oriented, well-organized and reliable working style
Ability to work autonomously with a high degree of responsibility
First experience in project management and administration preferably in an HR environment is a plus
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Start and duration: as soon as possible /min. 6 Months / 38 hours per week
