JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Creating a filing structure in our Data Management System (DMS)
• Transferring data from L-Drive to DMS
• Contribute to the preparation of presentations, meetings and workshops
• Support the day-to-day organization of business processes (general office administration, document retention etc.)
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• Enrolled as university student for the entire duration of the internship
• Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented thinking
• Good social and communication skills
• Strong in written and spoken English
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
• Ability to work well independently as well as in a team
• Enjoys working in an international environment
• Enthusiasm, commitment and positive attitude
