JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Collect and analyze KPIs and create reports
Maintain and user test Technical KPI Database reporting system
Support software development
Create presentations for internal and external Global P&C communication strategy
Various project management tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the Global P&C team
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Qualifications:
Enrolled as a student in an engineering, computer science, statistics, mathematics or similar master's degree program or pursue a gap year between your bachelor's and master's degree program
Fluent English is required (written and spoken), knowledge of additional languages, particularly German is a plus
Proficient in the use of R and MS Office (Power Point & Excel - VBA programming)
Experience of coding with Python is a plus
Knowledge about Property & Casualty insurance products is a plus

A team-player with exceptional communication skills
Interested in joining an international team
Strong analytical skills, critical thinking and attention to detail
Well organized and capable to work on projects independently
Possesses a hands-on working attitude and "can do" mentality
