JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supporting in carrying out of regular tasks in the field of reporting, data analysis and database management
Support in performance measurement and portfolio analysis of real estate investments
Assisting in designing, developing and implementing effective analysis tools and procedures
Supporting in preparing of financial reports and presentations
Development of process maps and investment overviews
Supporting in ad-hoc projects
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Studies in Finance, Mathematics or Informatics
Proficient in MS Office applications (high proficiency in MS-Excel)
Affinity to data warehouse solutions and digital topics
Analytical and detail oriented
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
Collaborative team player
Fluent in English, German is a plus
