JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support in the further enhancement of our global real estate investment strategy process
Assist in top-down market and portfolio analysis on a global basis
Contribute to the further development of a global scoring of real estate markets and the collection and analysis of economic, financial, demographic and real estate market data
Support the preparation of client presentations
Update and enhance process descriptions and working templates
Perform project management tasks
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Studies and/or experience in real estate, business administration or economics
Prior experience with investment strategy / research is of advantage
High proficiency in MS Office applications (PowerPoint and Excel)
Team player with outstanding conceptual skills and willingness to learn
Very strong analytical and quantitative abilities
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent written and spoken English
Good communication skills and experiences in an international working environment

Job start: as soon as possible (preferably min. 6 months; full-time)
Location: Munich
