JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the investment team in selecting real estate funds and cross-border acquisitions
Prepare investment analysis and presentations
Financial modelling and support in the entire underwriting process
Support the analysis of existing investments
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Studies in Business Administration or similar education with focus on finance, real estate and/or investment banking
Practical work experience within a real estate private equity fund, investment bank and/or investment management firm is a plus
Knowledge in financial modeling
High proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications
Team player with analytical abilities and willingness to learn
Good communication and presentation skills
Excellent in written and spoken English, other European languages desirable
