JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Data Management / Metrics
Create quarterly dashboards including regular KPIs/metrics as well as ad-hoc reports, further develop and simplify reporting
Create monthly reports for works council and other stakeholders
Act as point of reference for data topics regionally, coordinate with other data managers and participate in relevant calls

Performance Management
Coordinate and support the annual PM process (priority setting, mid-year review and year-end review)
Train managers and employees on relevant topics
Act as main contact for all system related activities (based on SuccessFactors)

Compensation
Support the annual compensation review process, particularly in regards to the management of data and interface with online tools
Consult business partners and internal team members on compensation topics
Drive compensation benchmark activities with market survey data collection, reporting, job matching and analysis (creation of pay-bands)
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

A successful candidate will have at least 3-5 years' experience in a data management and ideally performance management role acquired in an international organisation. A high level of written and spoken communication skills is expected. Fluency in German and English is required.

Analytical and numerical skills: ability to analyse complex data from multiple sources
Advanced Excel skills
Strong attention to detail
Communication & presentation: Ability to express ideas and messages clearly, both written and verbally
Excellent interpersonal skills in order to maintain a close working relationship with HR colleagues and management within the business
Experience working in a matrix and virtual team environment supporting multiple locations
Project experience is appreciated
