Digital Marketing Expert (m/f/d) – Analytics and Conversion Rate Optimization
The Digital Marketing Expert – Analytics/SEO serves the full digital optimization cycle (measure, learn and optimize) to increase the quality of our digital prototypes. This role collaborates closely with other project functions, such as UX, Business, Development and Marketing to validate the digital prototypes within an agile process.
Plan, execute and analyze A/B/N, multivariate and linear tests and define all requirements to perform such tests
Support the business partner to identify the right metrics and key performance indexes (KPIs) for each digital asset and touchpoint
Support the project and business teams to define the right micro and macro conversions to increase the performance of our global KPIs
You monitor the performance of the digital prototypes and provide meaningful reports and dashboard to the product and business owner
Identify potential issues or levers in regards to conversion rate
You identify the right test strategies to evaluate the previously defined optimization hypothesis based on qualitative and quantitative insights
Work closely with the agile development and design team and to find the right balance of design, user and business needs and ensure high conversion performance
You identify the required tools and help to integrate these tools into the existing landscape
Keep track of latest trends and developments in your area of expertise and ensure that the project teams and local colleagues stay updated
Strong analytical skills to create insights out of data
Excellent in data story-telling
Professional user of Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Google Analytics or similar tools
Experience in and knowledge of financial services businesses, including retail banking, investment banking, insurance, and finance technologies are a strong plus
Strong Excel modeling skills, and strong numerical analysis and statistical skills; experience with SPSS a plus
Business level ability in English and a second language (ideally)
Experience in working in a multinational corporate environment a plus
Successfully completed Bachelor or Master in Computer Science, Marketing or related field
At least 3 years of relevant experience in web or mobile app analytics in an enterprise or working for enterprise level companies through an agency
Fluent business English skills
