Digital Marketing is the integral part of our launch strategies for all assets and prototypes we produce at the digital factory. The digital copywriter/content manager works hand-in-hand with our project teams and local marketing managers to support the smooth launch of our digital projects. The position ensures that our assets are embedded into relevant and appealing content.
Identify and realize innovative content strategies matching the individual and local product requirements
Collaborate closely with your digital marketing colleagues to ensure that your copy is in line with the overall product and campaign strategy
Support the project teams in creating relevant copywriting briefs and quickly understand project requirements
Create and manage well structured web contents, which are informative to the user and help to drive relevant traffic to the digital assets and products
Support and execute the planning and creation of relevant marketing messages to quickly launch campaigns and increase performance
Consult our project teams to create the right messages and information which are relevant to our users and customers, following a user centred approach
Team-up closely with other subject matter experts, such as SEO, Analytics, UX and Design to create the best customer experience on our websites
Knowledge of online content strategy and creation
Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
Research skills (desk research and stakeholder interviews)
Excellent time-management and organizational skills
Fluent business English (written and spoken)
General knowledge of the insurance industry and corporate environments a plus
Successfully completed a bachelor or master study in marketing, literacy, journalism or related field
3 years of proven experience as a copywriter or related role in an insurance, financial or related business dealing with complex goods and services
