JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities include:
• Lead planning of digital marketing campaigns and lead generation tactics that exceed client expectations and support business objectives
• Work with Digital Experience colleagues to support and amplify digital strategy
• Partner with internal teams of creative services, analytics, email, search, web, and content experts to create robust campaigns and lead generation strategies
• Build comprehensive campaign strategy documents to set up our creative and production teams to efficiently create great experiences
• Drive digital strategies supporting our Product agenda in partnership with Product Innovation, Distribution Marketing and Analytics as it pertains to our RIAs
• Drive programs through execution partnering with internal resources
• Review creative and production output to ensure it aligns with the strategy, client expectations, and business unit objectives
• Effectively build relationships and act as main point of contact for planning digital programs
• Partner with social media, content manager and web manager to develop thoughtful and engaging content strategies
• Analyze data sources (i.e. 3rd party research, competition, digital trends, past campaign data) to help guide and inform digital plans and educate colleagues
• Work closely with analytics team to create measurement plans and deliver insightful campaign and lead generation reports to clients including, retrospectives, and recommendations on future campaigns based on data driven decisions
• Effectively communicate and advocate for fresh ideas/plans with business partners and gain alignment
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns/projects at once and effectively prioritize work
• Play a thought-leader role by sharing knowledge and best practices within digital marketing
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree required, ideally in Marketing
• Firm understanding and proven experience in the Registered Investment Advisor landscape
• 3-5 years of relevant experience strategizing B2C and/or B2B digital marketing programs
• Must have experience strategizing multi-channel digital campaigns. Strong digital marketing acumen and a proven track record of developing impactful campaign plans and lead generation tactics that drive business results
• Knowledge of the digital project life cycle and agile methodologies
• Thorough understanding of inbound & outbound email marketing, organic and paid search engine marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, website strategy, customer relationship management, and more is required.
