JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF EXCELLENCE
Learning products and staying up-to-date on new product or policy changes
Entering customer data and researching customer information–accuracy is key
Sending out claim forms and answering claims status questions
Reviewing and resolving pending policy inquiries
Escalating customer concerns/issues to a manager for resolution, if all other means of satisfying the customer have been exhausted
Performing other duties as assigned
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

THESE ARE A MUST
A high school or equivalent diploma
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
One to two years of experience in a customer service and / or call center environment
PC Skills: Microsoft Windows, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel

Available Shifts: Daytime and evening shifts available - Monday - Friday + rotating weekends
