JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

In line with ongoing business developments (e.g. task transfers from UW-> Operations, Shared Services Unit, sales channel changes, move from SuccessFactors (old) to SF (new) steer discussion with executive level on design and implementation of Compliance training as required. Develop training architecture, build, implement and maintain training tools designed to strengthen the company’s compliance with legislation, regulations, Group and internal requirements.
Manage Compliance training requirements in AGCS globally, including executive level stakeholder management (e.g. Group, HRT, AZT, AGCS internal, AZ University, Works Councils). Develop and manage training needs analyses and training plans across multiple cross-topical Compliance landscape (e.g. Anti-Trust, Economic Sanctions, Data Privacy, Anti-Corruption, Anti-Fraud, Integrity).
Steer all training programs and roll-outs, incl. management of ACIS SSU resources. Manage training as "key control" within AGCS`s internal control system, incl. Audits). Ensure Board level reporting on training as required.
Manage training performed by external parties (e.g. external law firms) and related external training budget.
Proactively interact with Group (Compliance) on training roll-out activities/ requirements
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Required experience
Leader in strategic and operational training management (e.g. HR)
Strong understanding of global companies and processes required to effectively roll-out training
Good understanding of the insurance business and ideally of AGCS. It is essential to have a strong appreciation of risks and controls applicable.
Ideally process design experience and/or OPEX certified (or equal qualification).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English are essential
