Business Integration Designer (m/f/d)
As a business integration designer analyst you will play a key role in building new digital assets, taking them from design prototypes to live solutions in multiple countries. You will enable the journey and product owners to develop and deploy scalable digital assets. You will guide the team on how to integrate their digital assets with the global platforms in Allianz, while ensuring quality and facilitate knowledge exchange.
Support journey & product owners developing scalable digital assets
Map business requirements to Allianz group platforms
Derive and document best practices for business integration
Support IT solution architect to ensure development of scalable assets
Consult journey team in all phases to ensure feasibility of digital solutions
Understand and assess technical debt and risks for delivering and roll-out of the digital products
Consult operating entities on integration of global assets and local ecosystem
Very strong background in requirements engineering
Knowledge in IT architecture & infrastructure
Basic understanding of the insurance business and processes
Excellent communication skills
Ability to identify, track and escalate issues/risks and technical depth
Used to working in a goal-oriented and flexible environment with high tolerance for ambiguity
Advanced documentation skills with regard to business and functional specifications
Knowledge of the Allianz group platforms is beneficial
Successfully completed degree in computer sciences, business or similar experience
Several years of relevant experience in an IT environment and/or with business analyst roles working with product development teams, including requirements engineering and communication with product owners
Business fluent English language skills
