Temporary / Part Time
Provide program/project management advice to business units and global competence centers on a range of initiatives related to projects at hand
Liaise with key stakeholders within global offices and within the business units to solve project related issues
Monitor and report on progress status of projects and metrics to all stakeholders; continuously identify and monitor execution risks
Agree on project objectives and deliverables, develop timelines and milestones, plan resources (financial and people), describe and estimate benefits
Follow project execution and ensure on-time delivery to specification
Organize and coordinate various teams made up of internal and external resources, often with conflicting interests, to work on a project
Monitor sub-contractors to ensure that guidelines are maintained
Escalate execution risks and issues appropriately
Education: business or engineering school
Strong analytical, numerical and data analysis skills
Comfortable in a changing environment, where short-notice requests are expected
Highly motivated, dynamic, self-steering
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
Previous experience of operating in an international and large organization, incl. proven cultural sensitivity in order to fit into a multinational setup
Strong working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, incl. MS Project
Fluent in English. German / French as an advantage
