Poste et missions:
Working with central Growth Hacker team to:
Infuse the EUNO Team with viral marketing DNA, including tempo, scale and creativity
Develop innovative and scalable strategies to maximize freemium customer growth with the objective to monetize active users
Plan, launch, measure, and optimize programs to grow awareness massively
Utilizing the AARRR Sales Metrics Diagram approach
Working with EUNO Field Marketing to:
Initiate advertising campaigns—including digital (search, display), SEA and offline (radio, podcast, events)
Leverage inputs (customer research, market conditions and competitor data in region)
Drive learnings and optimizations through regional A/B testing
Participate and build the ALE Growth Hacker community
Ensure Customer’s feedback reaches the Central Cloud sales Team on consumer’s Journey
Profil:
COMPETENCIES (AND EXPERIENCE):
English and German, spoken and written
Being social and understanding users’ behavior
Understanding techniques and mechanisms for SEO/SEA, paid social media, retargeting, optimizing landing pages and customer acquisition funnels, Understanding of A/B Testing
Understand how to research, track and measure online activity using online marketing tools (analytics, Adwords, etc)
Data driven with strong analytical skills
