- Responsible for the development of the VIE-Programme, you coordinate needs between operational and the recruiting team for the Business Unit Germany
- You adapt processes for quantified and qualified growth by making proactive suggestions
- In coordination with our HR-Marketing Team, you enjoy developing partnerships with the best engineering high-schools in Europe
- You are responsible for finding appropriate candidates including direct search, sourcing on job-boards and social media
- You coordinate the integration in a local contract after the VIE-Programme
Are you interested?
- You studied Human resources or Business Administration and enjoy working in a highly technical environment
- You have a first experience in HR-Recruiting
- Positive and proactive, you are highly solution oriented and seek challenge
- Good command of english and german, french is an asset
