You are a full time student, looking for a working student position and you would like to support the “Procurement Compliance Regulations & Risks” department? Then apply now! We look forward to you joining us for 20 hours/week (flexi-time).

Location: Ottobrunn (Munich)
Start: spring 2018
Duration: 6 months

Desired profile

Tasks & accountabilities

Your exciting tasks:
Support the Airbus Defence and Space Customs Manager in performing customs compliance activities. Such support activities may - amongst others - include:

·  Project management support for various strategic customs and logistics projects
·  Set up and implementation of customs processes
·  Communication with various internal stakeholders to gather required information and data
·  Analysis of supply chain activities and evaluation of potential customs impact and requirements
·  Reporting activities

Required skills

You offer:

·  Enrolled full time student in General Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Export, International Sales or a similar field of study
·  Good MS Office skills (especially Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
·  MS Project knowledge would be a plus
·  Project Management experience would be an asset
·  German: advanced
·  English: advanced

You are a well-structured, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work independently.
