Description of the job

You are a full time student, looking for a working student position and you would like to support the Supply Management team? Then apply now! We look forward to you joining us at the Procurement Operations for 18 hours/week (flexi-time).

Start: as soon as possible
Duration: 6 months

You will join the Procurement Operations Cabin Floor to Floor. The main objective of this team is to secure on-time and on-quality purchase order creation and parts delivery to the production line.

Desired profile

Tasks & accountabilities

Your exciting tasks:

·  Preparing Key Performance Indicators and analyze them with the support of the team
·  Coordinating the stock cleaning activities (collect data and inputs from supply officers, and launch necessary actions)
·  Supporting the ADOS (supplier transformation project to collaborate orders electronically) project leader by preparing project status reports and collect data quality information
·  Keeping the SAP master data up-to-date to secure automatic PO (Purchase Order) creation with high level of quality
·  Collecting On-Dock Date data and provide information to the final assembly line
·  Supporting the team for ad-hoc request requiring data analysis or issuance of reports

Required skills

You offer:

·  Enrolled full time student within Information Technology, Industrial Engineering or similar field of study
·  Knowledge in Supply Chain, Logistics, Project Management or Data Analysis
·  Knowledge of SAP would be a plus
·  MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint): good proficiency
·  Good communications skills and team spirit
·  Pragmatism, rigorous, willingness to learn
·  Fluent in English
