Description of the job

You are a full time student, looking for a working student position and you would like to support our Performance and Improvement department? Then
apply now! We look forward to you joining us at for 20 hours/week (flexi-time).

Location: Ottobrunn
Start: as soon as possible
Duration: 6-12 months

As working student you support the department "Performance and Improvement" in the "Communications Team" in Ottobrunn. You will have the opportunity to:

·  Develop a Communication Plan for Performance and Improvement activities with the main objective to increase the visibility of all initiatives run in the Performance and Improvement department across IM.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks will include:

·  Support Team communication activities such as:
·  Research and documentation activities
·  Contribution to creation and maintenance of presentations
·  Supporting the team in the daily business

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.

Required skills

You have the following knowledge and qualifications:

·  Enrolled student in the areas of Business Administration Studies, Communications, Journalism, or a similar discipline of study
·  Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing (nice to have)
·  Textual confidence and very good sense of language
·  Independent and thorough way of working
·  Talent for Organisation and Communication
·  Very good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
·  Capability to work in an International Team
·  German: fluent / negotiation level
·  English: fluent / negotiation level
