Description of the job :
Five vacancies for Structure Quality Inspector A350 (m/f) have arisen within the STELIA Aerospace teams in Meaulte.

You will be integrated within the XWB multi-functional team of the sector and you will report to the Quality Manager of the line.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
• Protecting the customer from non-quality,
• Steering the remedial actions for non-conformities and securing the product, if necessary,
• Taking part in corrective initiatives,
• Participating in the improvement of the cost of non-quality.

Shifts of 2 x 8 hours are to be expected in this position.

Task & accountabilities :
Your main tasks will include:
• Inspecting, attesting and releasing the aircraft structures delivered by STELIA Aerospace,
• Controlling the products before and after rework,
• Handling non-conformities,
• Interfacing with Manufacturing/Design Office/Production for the management of non-conformities,
• Filling in the follow-up files of the line
• Taking part in multi-function routines.

Required skills :
As the successful candidate, you should have the following qualifications, skills & experience:
• Educated to a 2-year degree level, ideally in Aeronautics,
• Experience in Aeronautics, ideally in the production workshop or as a operational quality officer,
• Knowledge of:
o Special composite manufacturing processes and aeronautical structure assembly
o Ideally in problem-solving methods (8D, the 5 'Whys?', etc.)
o Ideally in SAP (PAC &PE1)/Microsoft Office suite/Internet Explorer,
• Knowledge of composites would be a plus,
• Ability to read 2D drawing, consult a 3D mock-up and interpret a standard,
• Meticulousness, driving force for proposals and proactive,
• Interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team,
• Appreciation of customer satisfaction,
• An advanced level of French and a beginner level of English (reading of drawings).

This position has been graded « non-cadre » level V.
