Description of the job

The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) program is an international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function.

We are looking for highly motivated graduates aged 18 to 28 years, who are citizens of the European Union (all E.U. nationals, plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein). Tasks & accountabilities

For Airbus in Hamburg within Airbus BizLab - Innovation we are looking for a VIE - Airbus BizLab Support.

As VIE you will support the Airbus BizLab (www.airbus-bizlab.com), which is a global aerospace accelerator where startups and Airbus intrapreneurs speed up the transformation of innovative ideas into valuable businesses. Airbus BizLab has developed a hybrid concept that includes Airbus internal innovation projects and external startups. Both follow the six-month acceleration programme in the designated co-working space. Through this programme, Airbus BizLab gives access to a large number of coaches, experts and mentors in various domains: technology, legal, finance, marketing and communication; easing prototyping and access to market. The Airbus BizLab focuses on, but is not limited to aerospace technologies.

Start: October/November 2018
Duration: 12 months (an extension to 24 months is appreciated)

In this context, your main activities will include:

·  Design and create marketing tools and communication activities such as articles for the website, innovation events and promotion designs
·  Contribute to a vibrant local and global BizLab Community
·  Establish an effective customer relationship management (CRM) system with the stakeholders in the internal and external ecosystem
·  Benchmark the acceleration programme and continuously develop novel approaches to accelerate the startups and internal projects

Required skills

You offer:

·  University degree in Business Administration, Digital Media, Business Sciences, Communication, Psychology or similar
·  Ability to work with classical MS O365 suite as well as with modern applications such as G-Suite, Slack, Asana, Dropbox and Twitter
·  Ability to work with design tools such as Adobe InDesign is a plus
·  English: negotiation level
·  German: intermediate level is appreciated

You are a good team player, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work independently.
