Poste et missions:
For Airbus Helicopters in Donauwörth within the department Airplane Doors Operational PMO (Project Management Office) we are looking for a VIE (d/f/m)
- Operational PMO
- Airplane Doors Program.
Start: 01. July 2019
Duration: 12 months (an extension is possible)
As jobholder you will support the OP. PMO in the following activities:
- Part of Project Team for Airplane Doors OP Convergence Project: follow-up of project levers, scheduling and business case calculation
- Involvement in prioritizing the most important projects and ensuring an effective decision-making and implementation process
- Establishment and optimization of reporting to external and internal customers
- Creation and harmonization of integrated program schedules with all departments involved (Engineering, Production, S&S, Procurement), as well as support of Program Manager for operative program tasks
- Identification of plan deviations for complex projects and root cause analysis under cooperation with multi-functional teams (production, engineering, etc.)
- Program-planning based on program structure, creation of input for Operative Planning, budget planning, resource planning and Earned Value Management
Profil:
- University degree in Business Administration or similar
- basic knowledge of financial processes (e.g. Budget Management of programs or projects, Earned Value Management, etc.)
- first experiences in Programme/Project Management
- good knowledge of MS Office
- ability to work in a team
- good communication skills with regard to numerous interfaces
- independent, reliable and solution-oriented way of working
- English: negotiation level
- German: would be a plus
