Poste et missions:
For Airbus Helicopters in Donauwörth within the department Cost & Cash Performance Management we are looking for a
VIE
- Cost and Cash Performance
- Buyers support (d/f/m).
Start: 01.06.2019
Duration: 12 months (an extension is possible)
Mission:
Contribute to Cost and Cash performance of the procurement function.
Support the Donauwörth procurement portfolio of saving projects in coordination with the overall C2 team.
Your main activities will include:
Drumbeat and follow-up:
- Track business cases progress and ensure roadmap compliance
- Track business cases validation process (procurement, finance, program, S&S, …)
- Prioritized business cases
- Track performance
- Track & ensure NRC budget compliance
- Drumbeat visual management
Reporting and communication:
- Maintain & ensure quality and completeness of tracking tool on daily basis
- Consolidate and report performance & savings status at all level of the company
- Communicate status and project-relevant information within company
- Deliver routine reports (internally and externally) on project progress (planning, risk, costs, roadblocks, investments needed,…)
- Support preparation of SteerCom's, Commodity Deep Dives and Validation Committees
Training and support:
- Develop and support new savings initiatives
- Support new procurement strategies, new negotiation levers in order to facilitate negotiations phases & improve cost performance
- Train all stakeholders on Bcases creation
- Support and train buyers for creation of complex cases
Profil:
- University degree with specialisation in purchasing
- Experience in Project Management, Finance or Procurement
- Strong transversal communication skills
- Take initiative and being committed to the job
- English: negotiation level
- German or French would be a plus
