An opportunity has arisen in Airbus Customer Services, to join the Operational Unit "Technical Data", which is in charge of developing and delivering and supporting Aircraft Maintenance Documentation.

Maintenance documentation is directly used by the Customers (Airlines, Maintenance Repair Organisation, Lessors), to enable the safe and efficient accomplishment of maintenance operations, from aircraft entry into service to all the aircraft life cycle, fulfilling Airworthiness requirements and regulations.
Our main mission is to deliver the complete maintenance documentation (e.g. Aircraft Maintenance Manual, Trouble Shooting Manual, Illustrated Parts Catalog, Wiring Diagram Manual, etc.), at aircraft entry into service and to maintain it all along of the aircraft life cycle, following airworthiness requirements and regulations.

The Production Management team (SEDYOP) is organized around three main pillars:

·  Production Report & Analyse
·  IT Tools Support & Development
·  Network Management.

Desired profile

Tasks & accountabilities

What can you expect?

·  Ensuring first level of support for the workflow tools (Generic Authoring Management System (GAMS) & Integrated Product and Process Engineering (IPPE))
·  Managing Master Table Workflow Tool update, ATA reallocation, Work Orders transfer, Human Resources Structure.
·  Supporting the optimization and industrialization of existing homemade business applications (Invoicing, Production Management,..).
·  Contributing to the definition and further development of relevant KPIs
·  Being responsible for, supporting, specifying and further developing relevant IT applications or tools.
·  Preparing regular KPI reports for SEDY dashboard update (e-visual management and digital control room)
·  Carrying out and processing On-Demand specific data analyses
·  Supporting the business through the carrying out detailed root causes analysis in case of deviation from target values.
·  Leading some initiatives or innovations to harmonize the Domain and with the other peers, to improve production follow-up and drumbeat.
·  Establishing indicators dedicated to qualitative and quantitative performances of Technical Data deliveries.
·  Communicating with transnational teams responsible for production to harmonize, improve processes and performances.
·  Establishing lessons learnt from current process, reviewing and identifying with other Domains rooms for leaner process and simplification.
·  Contributing or leading of SED improvement project as SEDYO representative.

This role will involve some business trips and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.
