The Airbus Division "Optical Instruments" is Europe's largest manufacturer of Optical Instruments for applications in space. We are a large-system integrator, organized as a transnational unit with sites in Munich, Friedrichshafen, and Toulouse. Our group includes all relevant engineering disciplines and has the complete end-to-end capability to develop complex space instruments, starting from early feasibility studies, followed by development and manufacturing phases up to in-orbit commissioning. Our portfolio includes all instrument classes, ranging from imaging spectrometers and meteorological sounders to LIDARs and high resolution cameras.

We are currently reinforcing our growing team for "Future Instrument Programs". You will be part of a team to prepare and shape the next generation of optical instruments in space.
