Description of the job :
Airbus Helicopters in Donauwoerth is looking for a System Engineer TIGER/NH90 (d/f/m) within the area “SUZ Specification & Test” for the department ESPZWS.

This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognised authorities.

Task & accountabilities :
In this position you will work cross-sectionally on the specification of the on-board computer software of the
Support helicopter 'Tiger' and transport helicopter 'NH90'.

This includes the following tasks:

- Processing user requests and performing system analyses
- Incorporation of changes in specifications
- Support in the qualification of new software releases of the Tiger and NH90
- You support the transfer of specifications to build up the necessary know-how
of new SW releases into the system support center.

- Continuous identification and implementation of improvement potential in methodology, tools and processes

Required skills :
We are looking for candidates with the following skills:

- You have a degree in aerospace engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable field of study.
- You have practical experience in system design, requirements management, verification and modelling tools.
- You already have knowledge in the field of UHT avionics systems.
- You are already familiar with the specification of complex systems using formal methods.
- You already have some experience in writing functional requirements (FCS), software requirements, specifications (SRS), human machine interface specifications (HMI) and interface requirement specifications (IRS).
- You are able to work independently and in a structured manner
- You are characterized by a pronounced goal orientation
- You have fluent German and English language skills

ERA level EG 10/11 (respectively according to your qualification)
