InFactory Solutions is a recently founded Airbus start-up. As a 100% subsidiary of the Airbus CTO we are familiar with the latest production methods and bring new technologies and innovations of the Aerospace industry into other markets and vice versa. Currently our focus is on technologies related to IoT and the implementation into the A350 aerospace production. This includes “in-process-monitoring” sensor systems, data analytics and augmented reality.

Description of the job

The InFactory Solutions team is looking for a support function manager (f/m) with experience in accounting, HR and facilities management.

In our team (10-15 employees), you will be the assistant to the CEO for support functions topics.

Desired profile

Tasks & accountabilities

Your tasks will include

·  Finance
·  Financial planning and forecasting including treasury topics
·  Monthly projects financial monitoring and reporting, including time management and external accountant relationship
·  Treasury management: Airbus cash pool, bank statement…
·  Suppliers and customers management: focal point, invoicing, payment.
·  Point of contact for tax adviser for annual financial statements and tax related issues
·  Preparation of financial inputs for board meetings
·  HR
·  Generating & posting new job offers
·  Focal point for recruitment
·  Point of contact for all HR related questions of employees and payroll office including preparation of monthly payroll
·  Administration
·  Procurement
·  Registration for public funded projects (e.g. EU registration)
·  Organization of team events
·  Point of contact for administrative issues (e.g. carpool, patent management, office rental)

Required skills

Your profile

·  Educated to degree level in a business related subject.
·  Some experience of administrative management in a small company.
·  Fluent English and German Language skills.
