As part of a school curriculum in initial training , you are looking for a mandatory internship or integrated into a gap year , that will allow you to validate your studies. The internship duration is 6 months maximum.

We are looking for a Risk&Opportunity Digitalization assistant (m/f) who will be joining us at Airbus site in   Toulouse- Palays.

This internship is to be filled from 6 January 2020  (the dates are subject to a certain flexibility)

You will be joining the department « TFDE-ERM (Enterprise Risk Management » which activities include providing of Risks Opportunities methodologies and tools (ARM, Digital Control Room, ..), support of the Operational Business for the managements of their R&Os and group quarterly reporting of the top Airbus Defenc&Space R&Os.

The objective of the internship is to support and assist the Airbus Defence&Space ERM Digitalization responsible for all the subjects related to digitalization for all the ERM (Enterprise Risk Management) processes.

·  Tasks and Responsibilities :

You will be working under the supervision of your manager who will help you identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

Your main activities will include the support and assist the Airbus Defence&Space ERM Digitalization responsible for

·  Digitalization of the 2020 annual Self-Assessment (Internal control) process
·  Set-up and maintenance of ERM HUB pages to support the operational Risks and Opportunities Network
·  Improvement of the ERM tools usage (ARM: Active Risk Manager, Perspective/SolidR ...), update of ARM user documentation and interfaces with Google Suite
·  Data extractions to produce transversal analysis and Key Project Indicators
·  Functional support to the ERM team and operational users

·  Required skills :

You are preparing a diploma level Bac+ 5 in software engineering and/or program Management or equivalent, and you obtain following competences:

- English: (ADVANCE)

- French: (NEGOTIATION)

- You are interested in Risks&Opportunities management

- You have a good knowledge of databases concepts and tools

- You are able to use proficiently such tools as excel, Powerpoint, word and google suite

·  Soft skills:

- Rigorous, curious and autonomous

- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- Able to integrate into team and be a flexible team player

- Knowledge of Risks&Opportunities management would be a plus.

·  You will develop the following skills:

- Application of the R&O concepts and tools in an industrial environment

- Efficient management of relationship with internal operational stakeholders

- Be a full member of an international team
