Job Description

Description of the job :
Transversal role inside Manufacturing Engineering department, to control and manage the activities and standards from the different Business lines inside the plant.

Main mission will be the following: Lean (OES) and improvement activities coordination, new standards and project implementation, activities coordination in Multi functional teams, etc.
Coordination with PMT (process, methods and tools).
Implementation of Innovation project related with jigless.

Required skills :
As the successful candidate, you will need:

¤ Engineering Degree or equivalent
¤ At least 1 year of experience Manufacturing Engineering is needed
¤ Experience in OES and Lean would be a plus
¤ Knowledge in digitalization tools MEP, DBC, etc would be a plus.
¤ Knowledge in Jigless
¤ Leaderships skills
¤ Negotiation level of English and Spanish is required
