As part of a school curriculum in initial training , you are looking for a mandatory internship or integrated into a gap year that will allow you to validate your studies. The internship duration is 6 months maximum.

We are looking for a TRAINING SERVICES PROJECT TRAINEE (m/f) who will be joining us at Airbus site in BLAGNAC .

This internship is to be filled from DECEMBER 2019 (keep in mind that hiring process takes about 4 months, from the validation of Job Requisition) (the dates are subject to a certain flexibility)

You will be joining the department « TRAINING CENTRES SUPPORT » which activities include Full Flight Simulators acceptance activities in AIRBUS Training Centers (Worldwide) and AIRBUs Training Products deployment and Support (Worldwide, for AIRBUS Training Centers and Airlines)

The objective of the internship is to define and apply the process to deploy AIRBUS Training Products on the Cloud.

·  Tasks and Responsibilities :

You will be working under the supervision of your manager who will help you identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

In the frame of Airbus Training Services, you will join the team in charge of the deployment and support of classroom and training devices, inside Airbus Training Services Department.

In your role, you will participate to projects easing and improving the deployment of Airbus Training means worldwide by using Digital technology and assisting Airbus teams in setting up proof of concept to demonstrate solution, along with the supplier's solution assessment.

Your main activities will include:

* Project #1 is the 'Smarter Classroom concept', which is based on an Amazon cloud solution with the objectives of optimizing:

- Access, license management, IP protection

- Administration, scheduling, booking

- Configuration management

- Support

* Project #2 is linked to deployment of heavy training tools by developing innovative packaged solutions, licensing and configuration management.

·  Required skills :

You are preparing a diploma level Bac+ 5 in Information Technologies or equivalent, with specialisation in Cloud technologies and Learning Management System and you obtain following competences:

- English: ADVANCED

- French: INTERMEDIATE

- You are interested in aeronautics and associated trainings

- You have a good knowledge of Cloud technologies

- You are able to use proficiently such tools as AWS

·  Soft skills:

- Rigorous, curious and autonomous

- Able to integrate into team and be a flexible team player

- Have organizational skills

- Able to analyse and synthesize information
