Location: Donauwörth
Start: May 2017
Duration: 6 months

Our department manages Engineering data and is responsible for its completeness and accuracy (data consistency). We have interfaces with Design Office, Production, Support and Services and well as several subsidiaries. This Master Thesis position is opened within the Technical Export Control Team (T.E.C. Team), which is responsible for the classification of goods, documents and technology according to the national as well as foreign regulations. You can work on this topics although as intern if you like.

These classifications are important in order to request the appropriate export licenses (delivery of helicopters to foreign customers, spare parts, technical partnership between Airbus Helicopters and foreign companies...). You can work on this topics also as intern.

Desired profile

Tasks & accountabilities

·  Searching, filtering and preparing data for classification by the experts
·  Coordinate work with the Export Control specialists located at AH France and Purchase Department
·  Support Teams working on continuous improvement projects for Export Control

Required skills

You offer:

·  Enrolled master student within Information Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar field of study
·  Knowledge in VBA-programming would be a plus
·  English: fluent, negotiation level
·  German: fluent (at least B2 Level)

You are a good team player, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work independently.
