Für die Airbus Secure Land Communications GmbH in Ulm suchen wir im Bereich

„Legal & Compliance' einen Legal Counsel (m/w/d).

Aufgaben

Als Stelleninhaber stellen Sie die Rechtssicherheit sicher und unterstützen den Senior Legal Counsel, an den Sie auch berichten.

Dazu geben Sie den Secure Land Communications (SLC) Sales-, Procurement- und Commercial-Teams in Ulm, Berlin  und Sulzbach (Ts.) unabhängige professionelle rechtliche Beratung und Unterstützung.

Gesucht wird der Generalist, der sich in einem spannenden Umfeld gern in verschiedenen Rechtsgebieten wiederfindet

Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben gehören:

·  Management von deutschen und internationalen rechtlichen Angelegenheiten im Bereich SLC mit Kunden, Partnern und Lieferanten/Zulieferern
·  Bereitstellung von rechtlicher Unterstützung in den folgenden Bereichen: vertragliche Vereinbarungen in allen Phasen (von der Angebotsabgabe, über Verhandlungen bis hin zur Vertragsdurchsetzung), Vergaberecht (hauptsächlich in Europa), internationales Recht, IT-Recht, VOB/B, VOL/B
·  Management von Forderungen und Verzicht/Sicherstellung der außergerichtlichen Geltendmachung von Ansprüchen

Die Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen wird vorausgesetzt.

Qualifikationen

·  Volljurist (deutsches Recht) oder vergleichbar
·  Umfassende (4 – 8 Jahre) Arbeitserfahrung vorzugsweise in einem internationalen Umfeld
·  selbständiges, business orientiertes Arbeiten
·  Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick
·  Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; Französisch- oder andere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
·  Erfahrung im Sicherheits- und/oder Militärsektor sind von Vorteil
