Description of the job

A vacancy for a Junior AIT Engineer (m/f) has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in Friedrichshafen. The successful applicant will join “TOMSF3 - Electrical & Functional AIT”.

Desired profile

Tasks & accountabilities

·  Support functional test in AIT satellite programs
·  Review of Test Specification
·  Develop and Perform Test Procedures
·  Support of electrical integration activities
·  Support functional Tests and document Results in Test Reports
·  Support evaluation of test data
·  Operate Spacecraft
·  Support NCR Investigation

Job require off site activities and shift work.

Required skills

·  Academic degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
·  First experience in functional Satellite AIT would be an asset
·  Good knowledge of ECSS standards
·  Knowledge on spacecraft TM/TC (PUS) would be an asset
·  Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office
·  English business fluent, good knowledge of German language
