Location: Friedrichshafen
Start: March 2019
Duration: 4-6 months
The purpose of the internship is to support the Electronics design activities.

Tasks & accountabilities
· Support in the update and maintenance of the footprints library for PCB design within MENTOR
· Support in the generation of manufacturing and assembly data for the PCBs
· Support in the definition and validation of the mechanical and thermal designs of the packaging, and the preparation and management of all the documentation relative to mechanical & thermal engineering

Required skills
· Enrolled student within Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering or similar field of study
· Understanding of Mechanical & Thermal architecture of electronics packages
· English: fluent
· German: fluent
You are a good team player, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work independently.
