Description of the job
Are you looking for an internship? Would you like to discover the work of our Project Management team? Then apply now! We look forward to you joining us as an intern (m/f) in the Additive Manufacturing Solutions department (35 hours/week, flexi-time).
Location: Hamburg
Start: from October 2018 possible
Duration: 6 months
Our department is located in Airbus' subsidiary Satair Group that serves all material needs for the commercial aircraft after sales market. As a dedicated project team our focus is to industrialize Additive Manufacturing (AM) technologies for our spare part business. Our responsibilities include selecting applicable parts for the technology within the Airbus part scope and setting up the supply chain for this emerging technology.

Tasks & accountabilities
Your exciting tasks:
· Supporting the evaluation of the technological and commercial feasibility of new technologies
· Assisting in benchmarking and cooperation activities with internal and external partners from the Aerospace industry
· Validation of business models via demonstrator use case and expert interviews
· Assessing opportunities and risks for various Additive Manufacturing supply chain configurations
· Analysing market trends and technology developments
· Operating and setting up build jobs on a desktop 3D Printer
· Contributing to general project work, e.g. creating presentations, preparing workshops etc.

Required skills
You offer:
· Enrolled student within Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Economicsor a similar field of study
· Interest in both, technical and business management related topics
· Experience in the Additive Manufacturing technology would be a plus
· Good knowledge of the MS Office toolset
· Analytical and communication skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· English: negotiation level
· German/French: would be a plus
You are a good team player, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work independently.
